Lung Cancer Caused by asbestos, £42,000 - £55,000

Pleural Thickening £21,000 - £42,500

Vibration White Finger From £1,500 - £21,000 depending upon severity of condition.

Occupational Asthma £2,750 - £36,000

Occupational Dermatitis £1,000 - £10,500

Occupational Deafness £4,000 - £25,000 dependent upon level of hearing loss and whether tinnitus is present.

Determining fault for an accident is not an exact science, but in most claims both you and the insurance adjuster will at least have a good idea whether the insured person was entirely at fault, or if you were a little at fault, or if you were at considerable fault.
